Aligned with Vikshit Bharat Vision 2047 by MSME Promotional Council India (MSME PCI)

Objective

To implement an integrated set of entrepreneurship, skill, and empowerment programs aligned with the national mission of Vikshit Bharat Vision 2047, targeting 20–30-year-olds with a special focus on Gram Panchayats, aspiring entrepreneurs, women, and students.

Flagship Initiatives

1. Nav Uddayami – The New Entrepreneur Program

A nationwide campaign to identify, incubate, and promote first-generation entrepreneurs from rural and semi-urban areas, especially targeting youth from every Gram Panchayat.

  • Goal: 2.68 Lakh Nav Uddayami (1 per Panchayat)
  • Support: Training, credit linkage, MSME registration, incubation support
2. Student Pride – “Ek Udaan Paryavaran Ke Naam” (EV Promotion Program)

A green mobility initiative offering Electric Scooters and EV Support Services to students, especially in rural and tier-2 cities, promoting environment-friendly transportation and generating youth livelihood.

  • Product: EV Scooters at subsidized rates with service and skill centres
  • Model: School/college-level awareness + delivery + service station entrepreneurship
3. MSME EduTech – Vocational & Professional Training

A tech-enabled vocational training initiative offering job-oriented courses and industry partnerships across various sectors like IT, electronics, design, retail, etc.

  • Infra: Skill labs, mobile training vans, digital platforms
  • Courses: NSQF-aligned vocational programs for employability
4. Rani Laxmi Bai Yojna – Women Empowerment in Beauty & Fashion

A focused women-centric program empowering young girls and women in beauty, personal care, fashion design, and wellness entrepreneurship.

  • Support: Toolkit, training, market connect, branding
  • Target: Women from SHGs, urban slums, rural clusters
5. Uddyam Mitra – Grassroots Entrepreneurship Cadre for Vikshit Bharat

India’s most ambitious grassroots entrepreneurship movement to recruit 2.68 lakh Uddyam Mitras (1 per Gram Panchayat), who will act as local business facilitators and MSME PCI’s rural agents.

  • Role: Identifying entrepreneurs, assisting program delivery, feedback loop
  • Model: Performance-based incentives, state/division-wise coordinators

Strategic Approach

  • Multi-stakeholder partnership with MoMSME, MoRD, MoPR, MoWCD, NABARD, SIDBI, State Govts
  • Convergence with ODOP, Startup India, Skill India, PMFME, and PMEGP
  • Structured through State-Level Nodal Implementing Agencies under MSME PCI

  • 1 crore youth skilled and certified
  • 25 lakh new micro enterprises registered
